How we handle your information

When you make a donation or submit names for tefillah, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, optional email address, donation amount, names you wish to be kept in mind, and any note you add. Payment card details are entered into our payment processor's secure form and are not stored on our servers.

We use contact information to process your donation, send an emailed receipt when you provide an email address, and follow up if there is a question about your gift. Names you submit are shared with the lomdei Torah of the kollel so they can be kept in mind during learning, tefillah, and Tehillim.

Card payments are handled through a PCI-compliant payment partner. Your card number, expiration, and CVV are submitted directly to the payment partner's hosted form and are never stored by Kollel Yeshues Chaim. We retain only the donation amount, status, and the contact and tefillah details you submitted.

If you provide an email address, you may receive a donation receipt and, where applicable, transactional notifications related to your gift. We do not sell or rent email addresses. Every transactional email includes an unsubscribe link.

Donation and tefillah records are stored in our managed backend. Access is restricted to the kollel's authorized staff. Database access rules prevent public reading of donor records through our public site.

We retain donation records for as long as needed to operate the kollel, respond to donor questions, and meet recordkeeping needs. You may request deletion of your contact information and tefillah notes by contacting us at the address below.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach out using the contact details below and we will respond as soon as we are able.
